Refund and Returns Policy

In case of damaged/wrong products, the product can be replaced or returned.

  • In case of an exchange/return drop us an email within 48 hours of receiving the package at littlethingscutedotcom@gmail.com along with your order no, exchange details and an image of the purchased product.
  • All exchanges must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Replacement will be dispatched with 7-10 working days at no additional cost once the packet is received. Reverse Pickup facility is not available, you will have to ship the products to us.
  • If the packaging is tampered with or damaged before you open the packet, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person.
  • Once your return or exchange is approved we would give you a credit code which can be redeemed on the website within 2 months.
  • In case a customer receives an empty package, we will issue LTC Credits only if we are notified within 24 hours of delivery. The refund will be done through a LTC credit note. 
  • Please Note: Personalised products, Ceramics and Glasses are not returnable. 
  • Return is not applicable on bulk or corporate orders
  • Gift cards and vouchers are non-refundable.
  • Certain products (socks, eye masks, cosmetics, steel straws, face masks, jewellery, soaps etc.) where personal hygiene is a part of the product use case are not applicable for return. The order placed during a sale cannot be returned/exchanged.
  • In case of missing/damaged/broken items, we request you to kindly send an unboxing video to us within 48 hours, only then can we consider the case. 
  • While exchanging the products which are purchased, in case the products requested for exchange are not available in stock a credit note will be issued.
  • Freight and shipping charges are not refundable.
  • For prepaid orders which are returned or cancelled before shipment, transaction charges of Rs. 100 will be deducted from the credit note. 
  • Credit Note is valid for 2 months from the date of issue. Credit note cannot be coupled with any other code / offer.

Little Things Cute takes no responsibility if in the due course of usage of the product there are any damages. If the customer has any query about the product they can email us and ask us beforehand. Damage to the product after it is used is sole responsibility of the customer. To claim an exchange or refund for a clearance product, please get in touch with us as soon as you get the delivery.

CANCELLATION POLICY

How do I cancel an order on littlethingcute.com?

If unfortunately, you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order. Simply email us at littlethingscutedotcom@gmail.com or whatsapp on 98923 60639 with your order number mentioned in the subject line.

 

REFUND POLICY

Refunds will only be processed for damaged or defective products for paid orders. Please note the shipping charge of Rs. 70 or actuals where applicable will not be refunded.
